This first-generation Grand Prix was introduced as a personal luxury car by the Pontiac Division of General Motors from 62 through 68. Being a numbers matching car, frame off restoration with documentation, and the first year of this generation of Grand Prix muscle cars, this car is a collector's item. Powered by its original 389 CID V8 with a Tri-power carburetor set up makes this car really move! It is mated to a Turbo 400 transmission and pushing this power through a Super Duty rear end. The drivetrain has been rebuilt about 11,000 miles ago and drives very smooth with tons of torque. A high torque starter motor, 8 Lug wheels, and super duty exhaust manifolds are also some of the extra features that set this Grand Prix apart from the rest. The black paint with red stripe, chrome, and windows are all in great condition. The interior is in my opinion better looking than it would have been in 1962. Wrapped in red vinyl interior with sport bucket seats, super sharp and clean interior. It is equipped with Air conditioning, AM/FM radio, power brakes, power steering, power locks and windows, seat belts, vinyl interior, radial tires, posi traction rear end, alloy wheels, and so much more! If you are looking for a numbers matching, big block, tri power, documented, and first generation 60's car, this is the car for your collection.
