Powering this car is a 5.3L LM7 V8 that is mated to a 6-speed manual transmission, pushing the power to the ground through a posi rear with 3.42 gears. The LM7 is a 5.3L, Gen. 3 small block engine used in GM trucks between 1999 and 2007. These motors are capable of making a lot of horsepower, and respond well to upgrades like turbos, superchargers, high-flow cylinder heads, intake systems, cams, and nitrous oxide which make this setup an upgrade! The sleek black paint was redone about a year ago in DUPONT paint according to the owner. The owner also claims to have upgraded the appearance by adding SS badging, a factory SS hood, SLP floormats, and 17" SS alloy wheels. The owner also added or upgraded the oil pump, gaskets, clutch system, power stop brakes and rotors, new struts, rear springs, new carpeting, flow master catalytic converters, water pump, thermostat, new A/C compressor/dryer, and etc!
