Streetrod is a term given to particularly to pre war cars that have been heavily customized/modified both mechanically and aesthetically. If that-s the case this 41 is a textbook Streetrod if there ever was one. The body has had some modifications with the most notable being the huge section taken out of the roofline. It looks as if an easy 3. 5 inches was taken out given the car an extremely different much sleeker look. Covered in a one off black cherry, heavy on the cherry, paint the exterior of the car shows very nicely. Under the hood is where the mechanical side of things comes into play. The classic tried and true small block has replaced the old inline 6 that would have been typically found there. The high revving roller motor runs string and are known for their reliability. I really like that the components of the motor are little different than most. The Wieland intake is a very good piece but not one you normally see. The Carter 4 barrel carb is another one of those things that you just don't normally find. The engine bay is clean but was not intended to be shown off as this...
