There were a lot of unbelievable things going on in 1966, and American auto manufactures were making monumental changes in the car industry. Just 18 months prior Ford had released a little car called the Mustang which in turn created a whole new segment, the Pony Car. These were cars that the emerging youth market was crying for. Sporty, good looking, and reasonably priced, the Mustang would sell a million models before 66, a record that still to this day. Fitted with a 289 cid V8 and an automatic transmission, and having been partially restored over its lifetime, this Mustang is now a good driver. The burgundy exterior paint was replaced with this eye catching Blue Haze Metallic, and original black interior has been changed to a light blue to compliment the exterior.
