Jointly designed by both Volvo and Jensen Motors, most known for their 'Jensen Interceptor' which still carries an immense cult following. The Volvo P1800 is a brilliant showing of top-notch safety, unbelievable engineering qualities and of course, an amazing car to take on any length of drive. The Volvo P1800 comes packing the famous B20 Motor, which when fueled by twin SU Carburetors makes an impressive 100 horsepower, which when coupled with the 4-speed manual transmission, makes for a very fun drive. Of course these cars needed to be engineered well, since Volvo has always been famous for their level of safety throughout the years, including the locking seatbelt system into the center console. Of course the body shows off its beautiful curves at each angle, but every detail has its own seperate feature. By rounding out the doors, and creating a concave design for the inside this actually creates a more comfortable experience for both the driver and passenger, as well as creates sort of a dome effect, adding stability during side impact.
