1974 Dodge Challenger

View Description

Covered in a nice shade of blue, with a contrasting white vinyl top, this vintage '74 Challenger would look great next to your Hellcat! Under the hood is a 360 CID V8 with a 4BBL carb. Headers and a true dual exhaust provide a vintage muscle car sound, and power brakes, power steering, and air conditioning (not cold) provide some useful drivability enhancements. The 3-speed automatic transmission is controlled by a console shifter, and it shifts through the gears nicely. Inside, the white vinyl seating is in good shape, and the headliner looks great as well. The black interior trim and carpet has been very well kept over all these years. A Pioneer AM/FM/CD head unit provides the tunes. This '74 Challenger is riding on a set of raised white letter...

1974 Dodge Challenger

View Description

This was the year the Challengers big production came to a halt which meant there were only an estimated 11,500 of the 1974 models produced.

The frost white paint with the black stripes compliments the body lines of this piece of American muscle. It is resting on a nice set of 17-inch American Racing wheels wrapped in Kuhmo tires that have quite a bit of tread left on them. The white on black color combo shows very well and is our favorite look on these cars. The bumpers, trim, glass, emblems, & grill are in great condition.

The true power of this historical beast is just under the hood where you will find a 440 CID V8, which also features a nice set of Mopar performance valve covers and sounds very healthy & strong. It is paired to a 3-Speed automatic transmission that goes through the gears with ease. The car features 4 into 1 long tube headers that leads into a new 3-inch SS true dual exhaust. It has additional sway bars for rigidity, new struts all the way around, & new suspension bushings all the way around.

1974 Dodge Challenger

View Description

The Dodge Challenger traces its humble beginnings to the Pony Car war raging in the late 1960s where manufacturers set out to outdo each other in horsepower, performance and youth appeal. Chrysler, in need of a new platform to compete with Camaros and Mustangs, created the new E-Body providing more space up front for more equipment and most importantly, more engine. Debuting in 1970, Plymouth-s --Cuda and Dodge-s Challenger were at the front line successfully competing against the other pony cars. The Dodge Challenger had a presence on the automotive market for only four years, but they were exciting ones! Here you have a fitting example of the final year of the fabled Mopar, a beautiful blue metallic 1974 Dodge Challenger! Equipped with a 318 CID V8 and a three-speed automatic transmission, this car is ready to drive and enjoy! A handsome black vinyl top pairs...
