Replacing the Advance Design series, the 'Task Force' aka Apache debuted in 1955 and ran through 1959. These highly sought-after trucks are highly collectible today. This 1959 model is in good running order. The Spies-Hecker turquoise and white paint looks really good and takes you back in time! The black vinyl interior complements the exterior and is in good order. Under the hood is a rebuilt Inline 6-cylinder engine mated to a 3-speed manual transmission on the column that we all know as '3-on-the-tree' with a GM overdrive option. She has good power and is a blast to drive! Current owner has had her for over 10 years and acquired from a private owner in Illinois. A former owner had this truck for over 40 years.
