The De Ville was originally a trim level and later a model that was first produced by Cadillac in 1949 and continued many years of success as one of the brand-s top luxury models. In 1968 there were many changes to the De Ville model - grilles and parking lights were changed and the hood was made 8. 5 inches longer to accommodate recessed windshield wipers which now came with 3 speeds standard, there were 14 new paint colors and 147 different upholstery combinations, new standard features included a light group and mirror group, a trip odometer, and ignition key warning buzzer. 1968 was also the last year of the stacked dual headlights and front disc brakes were also added as an option. This particular 1968 Coupe De Ville is an original unrestored classic with less than 25,000 actual miles and even still sporting the original paint. Under the hood is the largest of the engine options the 472 cubic- inch OHV V8 backed by the TH-400 3 speed automatic transmission giving this...

This year marked the bicentennial as well as an end to inflation that had affected markets world-wide. Plentiful gasoline encouraged car sales suggesting whatever lessons that were learned from the Oil Embargo of 1973 were quickly forgotten. Americans were ready to buy and buy big in that they flocked to the larger sized vehicles. Such is the case with this beautiful 1976 Eldorado that was and continues to be a popular model to this day. Powered by the original numbers matching, rebuilt 500 CID fuel injected V8 rated at 215 horsepower, this boat is ready to set sail! Those familiar with the ride on these longer cars know exactly what we-re talking about when we say the car -floats- down the highway. A smooth shifting three-speed automatic allows for effortless driving and a truly relaxed riding experience. Coated in a handsome steel blue paint with white pinstripes, this Cadillac features a fully-functioning automatic top! The last Eldorado convertibles went on sale in 1976, at least until ragtops were revived in the 1980s. Customers were quick to buy these classy convertibles and to find one in good driving condition in a real...

Amongst the lineup in the early 70s Cadillac offered this - a rear-wheel drive cousin to the Eldorado!
This fantastically and modestly restored 1972 Cadillac Calais was shot in a modern White Diamond pear paint, and it truly benefits this car. The beautiful paint job was professionally sprayed in 2002. When it comes to cars of this type this thing has it all. An eye-catching paint job, a gigantic engine, rear wheel drive, and an interior so comfortable it puts many couches to shame. This example is offered with a 472 cubic inch V8 and a TH400 3 speed automatic transmission. This land yacht has a new set of tires, recent tune up, and it drives fantastically. This is the perfect car to invest in, take to shows, and have something unique from everyone else! The mileage, although not documented by the current owner, is believed to be actual. The mileage is believable given the condition of the interior, and how well the undercarriage and engine...
