First off, at some point in this Corvette's life, it had a mid 70's nose grafted on. This White 1969 Corvette has been well taken care of, gone through mechanically, and is a wonderful driver! The ZZ4 350cid Crate Motor is shifted using the renowned manual 4-speed transmission. Power Brakes and Power Steering make an easy drive, with an AM/FM Radio to listen to. Headers and Aluminum Intake make this engine sing! As they usually are the year after a significant model introduction, changes for the 1969 Corvette were minor, mainly made to remedy problems noted by owners and the motoring media. The steering wheel diameter was trimmed an inch for more under-rim thigh clearance. Interior door handles, and control knobs were redesigned for safety's sake. The previous dash-mounted ignition switch moved to the steering column, where it combined with the newly mandated column lock for additional security. The second-generation C/K was introduced for the 1967 model year. Designated the 'Action Line' generation by General Motors, the C/K largely carried over its drop-center ladder frame and its coil-sprung rear axle, but the body was redesigned from the ground up to improve its capability as a multi-purpose vehicle. Alongside a utilitarian vehicle intended for work or farm use, the C/K was also offered with optional features carried over from Chevrolet sedans, including automatic transmissions, AM/FM radio, carpet, and two-tone paint.
