This mean Bel Air sports a giant small block that has 406 cubic inches of thumping power. Keeping it authentic is a manual shifting Muncie 4-speed and back to a 10 bolt rear end with 3. 73 rear gears. The 3. 73s make for great fun around town or at the drag strip, yet still friendly enough to hit the highway. This Bel Air was indeed a real drag racer for many years and recently woken up to go back to the street scene. There is still the great gasser look with a higher ride height, no front bumper, headers dumping out behind the front tires with baffles, street cheater slicks and skinnies up front. The rear wheels measure 15x10 and 15x4 for the fronts. The staggered and different style wheels are period correct for a gasser, as is the paint scheme with some sponsor decals.
