The 69 Chevelle is one of the most popular Muscle cars of all times. After looking at this beauty it is easy to see why. With a frame off restoration done in late 2013 this 69 is as clean as any I have seen. The red paint is slick and shines like it was just finished yesterday. In 1970, sheet metal revisions gave the already popular Chevelle a more squared stance. Interior spaces were also completely redesigned. Engine choices were plentiful and ranged from the humble standard 200hp 307 cubic inch V8 to a pair of 402 cubic inch engines still marketed as the -396-. The RPO Z25 SS equipment option included the 402 rated at 330hp. 1970 also marked the introduction of 454 cubic inch engine rated at 360hp available under the RPO Z15 SS Equipment Option.
