This vehicle was purchased from Nielsen Chevrolet on January 31, 1980 and has been meticulously kept and cared for by the original owner until now. From the very beginning all records have been carefully kept in plastic covers showing everything that has been done to this car from the time it rolled off the St Louis assembly line in 1979. With a cost of just under $15,000 this car came very well equipped and is in remarkable preserved condition. A copy of the original window sticker, original warranty papers, visor insert, dealer invoice, warranty book, owners manual and dealer brochure are included.

This well-preserved example of an American icon has only been driven in nice weather and features the original paint and interior. The Corvette red paint still shines nice and the interior still smells new. The red leather bucket seats look remarkable for being 36 years old and are still very soft with very little signs of wear. Even the original dash is free of any cracks or blemishes.
