1988 GMC S15

The S15 was GMC-s version of the S10 which was a light truck that sold very well from 1983 to 1990. Many of these trucks were used as platforms in the mini truck world, a term used for lowered customized light trucks popular in the early 90-s. This example is a one owner low mileage truck that had a ton of custom work done over the years. Stat with the body and paint, the custom front end gives it a sporty style while making it appear even lower. The paint on the truck is custom and typical of what you would see done in that era. The top was cut off making this little S15 a convertible with its removable hardtop. The wheels on the truck are Dayton-s, the original spoke wheel used on many low riders. The gold spokes are clean and with these being true knock off-s that spinner is not just for looks. Under the custom louvered hood, the original engine still runs great and with it being the 2. 5 liter does great on gas.
