This generation of Thunderbird was Ford's final attempt to reboot their original T-Bird by using a similar formula in designing this car that they used on the 55-57 T-Birds. Although well received by the automotive press winning Motor Trend's 'Car of the Year' award, Ford discontinued the model in 2005 and 16 years later we have started talking about the future collectable value of these throwback T-Birds. This 2002 model with just two registered owners from new comes in 'Inspirational Yellow' with a matching removable hardtop and Black power-operated convertible soft top. It's nice to have a car that can change personalities when you feel like it and the owner has included the hardtop storage rack with the sale. Ford opted to use a Jaguar-derived V8 engine with a displacement of 3. 9l and estimated output of 252hp for these vehicles which provided the elegance and smooth power buyers were looking for.
