The Terlingua Racing Team was named after a small community in Texas that Carrol Shelby and some close friends bought so they would have a place to go and blow off steam. Eventually Neale would draw up a logo that was placed on Shelby-s first ever GT350r right before its first race. As history has it that car would go on to win that first race and the emblem found its own place in the record books. This example is a great replica of what you would have seen racing in the SCCA Tran Am series of the day. The yellow paint is probably nicer than any of those race cars as it calls out for your attention. The stickers on the car are all classic 60-s and even has Shelby listed as social director which he actually was in Terlingua. Under the hood is a very healthy 302 that has a ton of power with a great exhaust note. Hit the button for the remote cutouts and that sweet exhaust note becomes a nasty growl. The C4 transmission handles the power nicely transferring to the 8 inch rear-end. Open the doors and a black vinyl interior is very inviting. The...
