This beautiful -57 has just the right look. This is a pillarless 4 door sports sedan which has no B pillar. With all four windows rolled down it has a super clean look and plenty of airflow for the cabin. This Bel Air is wearing the classic color -Matador Red- which shows off the lines beautifully. In '57, the Chevy lineup ranged from 150s to Bel Airs with the hard top being arguably the most attractive body available. The hard tops had no B post which gave a seamless look, especially with all the windows rolled down. This particular example certainly looks sharp in red and white paint which has been beautifully laid on a laser straight body. The trim is all there and looks beautiful from stem to stern. The bumpers are beautifully chromed and make for a great place to fix your hair in their mirror finish. The rain guards snap into place wonderfully, possibly even smoother than when the car was new. Some nice period upgrades on this one are: fender skirts, dual antennas on the rear fenders, and of course the unmistakable continental kit. This one retains the original style hub caps and wide white wall tires. Under the hood the factory appearance has been kept as well. This car sports a 283 CID V8 which has the very desirable dual carb set up. Nicknamed by its owner 'Cream Of The Crop' This 57 Belair has it all.

Starting with the rebuilt 350cid engine the owner installed to replace it's no longer viable original power plant, he started in 2005 with a 1969-1973 Chevrolet 350 and went from there. The rebuilt engine was then toped off with an Edelbrock performer intake manifold and Edelbrock 650cfm carburetor.

The owner then rebuilt the transmission that was in the car when he purchased it in 2005.

The interior is the proper factory fabric in two tone Turquoise and Black and is in very good condition.

The Chevrolet Two-Ten, or 210, was the midrange model of the Chevrolet car from 1953 to 1957. It took its name by shortening the production series number (2100) by one digit in order to capitalize on the 1950s trend toward numerical auto names. The numerical designation ''210'' was also sporadically used in company literature. It replaced the Styleline DeLuxe model available in previous years. The Two-Ten was discontinued after the 1957 model year to be replaced by the Biscayne. As the American public began to prefer posh to economy, the Bel Air began to outsell the lesser series, including both 150 and 210 models. As a partial answer to this, Chevrolet re-introduced the Two-Ten Sport Coupe hardtop in the middle of the 1955 model year, and also added a four-door Two-Ten hardtop Sport Sedan for 1956. Neither achieved the sales of their Bel Air counterparts, however, since they were only about $100. 00 cheaper than the Bel Airs, which provided more luxury and premium exterior trim.
