This chop-top and dropped Merc is a true beauty. this lean mean Machine was recently finished, and was modified in all the old-school ways. Rather than bondo and filler, the chop and body work was all done with lead. This lead-sled is powered by a Cadillac 472 cubic inch V8 and a 200R automatic transmission, both rebuilt roughly 1500 miles ago, when the odometer was reset. The entire car was taken down to the bones to clean up minor rust repair (a license plate was even found in the fender as a patch panel! ) and built back up correctly, to insure years of trouble-free enjoyment.
