Over $80,000 was spent on the full rotisserie restoration and this car is the perfect example of the job -done right. - Open the doors to find the new stock interior with some added performance pieces including full Autometer gauges and the famous pistol grip shifter that is linked to the five-speed Tremac manual transmission. Comfortable black vinyl bucket seats, new headliner and carpet tie the interior together quite well and pair nicely with the bright paint job. This beautiful Dodge Dart GTS is Powered by 440 C. I. D V8and backed by a 727 Torqueflite 3 speed automatic transmission. This 440 V-8 has that nice rumble you expect in a muscle car from the late --60-s. The exterior on this strong running Mopar is a very nice gold paint with the flat black hood scoop. Interior on this Dart GTS is Black vinyl and is very nice as well! This beautiful Dart has GTS badging on the fender and the 68' Dodge Dart GTS hood with the 440 badging. This Duster was restored in the early 90s using ALL NEW OLD STOCK PARTS. To include, the hood, both fenders, both doors, both bumpers, deck lid, tail panel, both quarter panels, complete exhaust system, radiator, all brake components and many more parts were all replaced using very hard to find NOS parts. The Duster is dressed in FE5 Rallye Red with a black vinyl top and black vinyl interior that feels just right. The engine block, transmission and all body numbers match. The original engine block was professionally rebuilt and balanced and has 1968 340 -x- heads with stainless steel valves. The cam is a Direct Connection -purple shaft- cam and it also comes equipped with Direct Connection race distributor with mechanical tach drive.
