When the Ford Mustang was introduced it changed the landscape of American automotive history forever, creating a new classification of car, the Pony car.
Powering this 66' Pony car is a 289 CID V8, which is believed to the be the original engine. Sitting atop the Ford V8 engine are Holley aluminum valve covers and carburetor, and an Edelbrock aluminum intake and chrome air cleaner. The 3-speed automatic transmission (also believed to be original to the car) transfers the power to the pavement.
This Mustang is finished in the classic and sought-after Wimbledon White exterior over red interior.
