The nicely detailed engine compartment contains a 355 CI V8 with a 700R4 automatic transmission featuring a shift kit and 2400 stall converter. The engine has been treated to an extensive build. Modifications include a hot lopey cam, Holley 650 CFM carb with electronic choke, Edelbrock performer air gap intake, Edelbrock RPM aluminum heads, Proform cast aluminum valve covers, and stainless long tube headers. The exhaust is a Flowmaster system with magnaflow polished tips. this truck is also equipped with air conditioning, AM FM radio, power windows and locks along with power steering and power brakes. This Beautiful 1939 Ford Coupe which has been named 'Red Ryder' by the wife of the owner, is a stunner. This one has a Dodge 340 CI V8 under the hood that has a nice rumble to it. This has a Dodge 3 Speed Automatic transmission. The front suspension is Mustang II. The Rear is Corvette Independent. The Ford Body sits on a Ford Frame. It does have Manual Steering and Manual Brakes. It does have A/C for the long hot summer days at car shows, and cruses in comfort.

Ford didn't invent the small SUV, but they sure brought the idea to the masses. When the Bronco debuted in 1966, Ford's only competition in the small SUV market was the Jeep and International Scout. By the end of the decade GM jumped on board with the Blazer and Jimmy and over time Dodge and even some of the Japanese auto manufacturers were all building light sport utility trucks. From the humble begins on the Falcon platform the Bronco grew over the years and in 1977 the trucks were now built on Ford's F-series chassis.

Our featured Bronco is a true gem, finished in its original Toreador Red with tan accents and a tan removable half top. The vehicle is powered by 351 Windsor engine with electronic fuel injection, paired to a 3-speed automatic transmission with over drive. As part of what the owner describes as a frame off restoration a ton of work was done! The brakes and suspensions were rebuilt or all new - including body bushings. The body moldings, emblems, mirrors, grill, and bumpers were also purchased new.
