Here we have a real life General Lee movie car. This 1969 Dodge Charger General Lee replica has been built from real movie car parts from the 2005 movie 'Dukes of Hazzard. ' The previous owner worked on the set of the 2005 'Dukes of Hazzard' movie as a picture car mechanic. He was involved in locating, building and maintaining of the pre-production and production cars in this movie. The previous seller has pictures with himself and some of the cast and crew members from the movie. Car has original sheet metal except for the fiberglass hood. This car has the original motor and trans from the TV series car and original seats and parts from the 2005 movie car. The 440CI and 727 trans were taken out of the TV Hero car to put in the HEMI engine for the movie. Both engine and trans have been professionally built and dyno tested.
