The owner of this Mach 1 has had this car for over 45 years. This Mach 1 is wearing a fresh coat of a Pepper Grey Metallic on the exterior with classic Black Mach 1 interior featuring bucket seats. While it looks 'old' from 20 feet, get closer and you're in for a treat! The build on this Suburban started with removing the body from the frame, refinishing everything (including the frame), shaving the drip rails, and then dropping in a killer drivetrain. Open the hood, and after your eyes feast on the mill, you'll notice the Eddie Motorsports billet hood hinges, which operate very smoothly. The firewall was smoothed, and all HVAC hoses re-routed and tucked out of view. The power plant is a 435HP 6. 2L L86 crate engine, complete with serpentine belt drive and billet accessory mounts. A Spectre cold air intake feeds the mill, and a Ron Davis Racing aluminum radiator with twin thermostatically controlled Spal fans keep things cool. Ceramic coated exhaust manifolds look cool, flow almost like headers, and keep the exhaust note of the dual MagnaFlow mufflers subdued enough that casual listeners won't realize what's lurking under the hood.
