Covered in a Creme and Burgundy two-tone paint scheme, it looks like any other nicely done 1940's sedan, but this one is not what it seems at first glance. but more on that later! Its exterior chrome is in good shape, and the interior chrome trim sparkles. Open the hood, and you'll note that the engine bay sports a decidedly non-'40s GM 350 CID V8, which is topped by a 4BBL carb and aluminum intake. Coated shorty headers send the exhaust gases into the Flowmaster muffler-equipped dual exhaust. Power Steering and A/C are added benefits; along with an aluminum radiator with twin pull fans behind it and a big pusher fan at the front. Backing the V8 is a GM TH350 3-peed auto transmission, which sends the spin out back to the GM 12-bolt Posi rear end to get this thing up to speed quickly. When you want to scrub off that speed, the front disk/rear drum brake combo work in tandem to haul things down quickly. Moving to the inside, you'll appreciate the craftsmanship that went into the restoration of the interior.
