In 1967 Chevrolet made a major overhaul to the Corvette brand when they unveiled the all new C3 Corvette for the 1968 model year. The Mako Shark II design for the car was conceived by Larry Shinoda. Here we have a 1980 model, near the end of the 3rd generation. The yellow paint is attractive for its age and believed original and shows off those awesome bold and angular lines. This model is a '79, later generation C3 but only 2nd year after the fastback rear window was added. The white paint looks sharp and is in good condition. The red stripes, ground effects, rear spoiler, and really wheels really set the stance off for this Corvette. Inside you'll find newly reupholstered red vinyl seats that are naturally in great shape and matches the exterior stripes. This particular L82 Vette has lived a rather pampered life being owned by the same person since 1983.
