The Deville nameplate began all the way back in 1949. Released at Motorama as a concept car it was an instant success. The name was then used for the top of the line trim level on the series 62 in 1950. The Deville would eventually become its own line in 1959 and would continue on until it was replaced by the DTS in 2005. This one owner example was bought new in 1999. With only 21582 miles on it this has to be one of the cleanest examples out there. The factory green paint shows no signs of deterioration with the clear coat still having a great shine. The F250 was Ford-s workhorse of the bunch. Built for the working class and used primarily as work/fleet vehicles there are not many of these 5th generation 3/4 ton trucks left. Under the hood of this 4x4 work horse is the hard working 360 cubic inch V8. A set of long tube headers have been added to the 360 for increased performance. The 360 is mated to a manual 4-speed transmission. When the 4x4 option is needed, just get out engage the front hubs, jump back in and select either 4 high or 4 low position on the secondary shift handle.
