A replacement for the 200SX, the Nissan 240SX was introduced in 1989 and came with a much larger engine than its predecessor. The name of the 240SX was sourced from its engines size - 2. 4 liter overhead-cam four. The rear-wheel drive vehicle rested on a 97. 4-inch wheelbase and had disc brakes in both the front and the rear.
