1988 Mercedes-Benz 560SL
View Description
The 560SL is the preferred version of the 380-450-560SL roadsters. It was the last version of this well-loved German classic, and because it benefited from years of refinement- and considerably more power than the earlier U. S. versions. TV's 'Heart to Heart' featured a yellow 450SL, which helped make it famous in the U. S.
This 560SL is a sharp driver, boasting the popular Signal Red on tan interior. She looks very good for a 33-year-old! The paint has a nice shine, and the body lines look quite good. Brightwork and trim also look good. It comes with the removeable hardtop (and a storage cradle), as well as soft top.
The interior is clean and presentable, without the issues your average one shows. This one has clearly been well cared for. Power steering, power brakes, power windows, power locks and air conditioning- combined with Mercedes's trademark seating areas make it quite comfortable and easy to drive. These cars are low and wide, with substantial mass making them wonderful cruisers....
