1964 Mercury Park Lane

This Red, with White interior, 1964 Park Lane is powered by a 390 30OVER V8 engine with an Overdrive Automatic transmission.

1964 Mercury Park Lane

For the 1964 model year, the Park Lane made its return as Mercury expanded its model line. Coinciding with Mercury's 25th Anniversary, the Park Lane again topped the Mercury line above the Monterey and newly reintroduced Montclair. Just 1,967 of the convertible variants were made this year, making this body style, one of the most exclusive in the lineup. Finished in 'festival red' color on the exterior, it goes great with the white vinyl interior. Both of which are in good condition. Under the hood you have the 390ci V8 that has been bored. 30 over that is mated to a 4 speed automatic transmission. This Park Lane runs, stops and drives like it was 1964! The current owner has done plenty of work to make this...

1968 Mercury Park Lane

This Green/Woodgrain, with Dark Green interior, 1968 Park Lane is powered by a 460 CID V8 engine with a C6 Automatic transmission.

1968 Mercury Park Lane

The Mercury Park Lane was produced from 1958 to 1960 and from 1964 to 1968. It was a full-size automobile that was intended to compete with Buick's Roadmaster. It was available as a hardtop sedan, hardtop coupe, and a convertible. At one time this particular Parklane Convertible was owned by professional football player Ellis Johnson. Ellis played 10 years in the NFL, 1st with the Colts (95-01), then the Atlanta Falcons (-02 & -03) and finished out with the Denver Broncos (-04). Ellis had the 390 CID V8 replaced with a much healthier 460 CID Crate engine, Edelbrock carburetor, Edelbrock Intake, MSD Electronic Ignition and Flowmaster exhaust to wake this great big convertible up. Chrome Edelbrock valve covers and a low profile air breather add just a touch of bling to the engine compartment. A combination of Green and faux wood grain gives the car a bit of an old school woody look. Wood grain-applied trim was used almost exclusively on station wagons. It was rare to see that trim, which was referred to...
