The 1972 Old 442's were the last of a dying breed of American muscle cars, with the rising costs to insure them as well as the Governments stifling grip on emissions, and have come to represent a bygone era. Powered by a balanced & blueprinted 'Rocket 350' and teamed up to a TH350 transmission, this 442 convertible is ready for the open roads. This Cutlass has received a full ground-up restoration, being with the same owner since 2000, the resto was completed by 2008, stripped down to the bare metal, and back together with a gorgeous finish and solid rebuilt drivetrain, about half the trophies this car has won come with it, in the trunk. This Hurst Cutlass comes factory equipped with the W30 optioned 455cid Rocket V8 powerplant backed by a Turbo 400 automatic transmission.
