1972 Chevrolet El Camino

View Description

The El Camino, or ELCO, were originally known for the car with a bed appearance. That would all change with the release of the 68 model which had the optional big block engine. With there updated styling and performance people began to take them seriously as a true Muscle Car. This 72 is one of the rare ELCOs that had the classic muscle car options that still make people go crazy today. Lets just start with the most important pert of a muscle car, whats under the hood. Though not the original 396 that came in the car this big block sounds great and even runs better. With it being recently rebuilt it is fresh and ready to go. The built 700r4 transmission allows for highway cruising with the OD really coming in handy for that next road trip. The 12 Bolt posi is tough and exactly what you need when having that big block under the hood. Speaking of hood this ELCOs has cowl induction that works. Smash the gas and watch as the door flips up allowing for some fresh air to feed that 396. The black racing stripes give the ELCO a look that everyone knows and fears....

1937 Ford Stake Bed

View Description

Ford has a long history in the truck market. Henry Ford is believed to be the first American auto maker to produce a civilian use pick up in 1917. The Ford Model TT was built on a studier frame and suspension than the Model T. This allowed the Model TT to become Americas workhorse with the ability to haul heavier payloads. Only 209 units sold in 1917, but by 1928 an astonishing 1. 3 million Ford pickup had been sold. It was the Ford Model TT that solidified Ford's rightful place in truck history. In 1925 Ford introduced the Model T Roundabout with a 40h. p. engine and heaver leaf springs. Roundabout T was the first pickup to be 'completely' assembled on the factory floor. Prior Model TT's came as cab only with the buyer building their own bed configurations. In 1932 Ford introduced the 80h. p. flathead V-8. The V-8 configuration was not new in 1932, however, Ford was the first to affordably mass market the V8 engine on a large scale. This was the go- to car for Bonnie and Clyde due the V-8s power to out run the police. Our 1937 Ford half ton Stake Bed is a...
