In the 2002 film Die Another Day, Halle Berry played the beautiful Bond girl, and in this case, she got the cool car; a Ford Thunderbird. Berry's T-bird was a 2002 model, the first of the retro revival generation. The car sported a custom Coral paint color which matched the bikini she wore in a scene in the movie. Ford introduced a special edition Thunderbird matching her car for the 2003 model year. The car had the special color, white leather seats, and a subtle 007 logo. Factory Five has been making kit cars since the mid-1990s. They have completely changed the kit car industry by putting out a consistent high quality product with performance in mind. They build Cobra replicas, Daytona replicas, 33 Hot Rods, and even have come out with their own track oriented car. These amazing Machines are made in America and sold is a variety of kit levels. Some share of the Cobra kits are designed to accept parts from a modern Mustang. This particular Mark II features a 302 CID V8 which is a fuel injected and packs quite a punch. With a custom intake and of course performance oriented side pip exhaust, this baby really screams. The 302 is coupled to a 5 speed manual which shifts beautifully. This beautiful Vette has had a lot of great recent maintenance and is ready to roll. Originally an L46 car, the engine has been swapped for a 350 GM GoodWrench crate engine with roller rockers and electronic ignition. Behind the crate engine is the original M20 wide ratio Muncie 4 speed transmission. Options include power steering, disc brakes, rally wheels, radial tires, and AM/FM stereo. The exterior wears a brand new coat of the factory color: 988 Burgundy. The paint is a two stage base/clear which really pops in the sun.
