This old Chevy Pickup began its life as a farm truck. Back in those days, you had to identify your truck with a company logo for hauling purposes, so this 1952 3100 was emblazed with a family farm logo until it was restored. The two-year frame off restoration was completed in 1997 and the truck has traveled less than 100 miles since then. Used mostly for parades and short trips around a small Missouri town, this truck has seen a life of luxury in the last 20 years. It is believed to be a 2-owner truck and believed to have the original drivetrain still in place. The 216 CD inline six-cylinder engine and 3-speed manual transmission were completely checked over, were still in very good working order and were not rebuilt at the time of the restoration simply because they didnt need to be. They sure dont makeem like they used to.

The Advance Design trucks were the last of the trucks with the round bubble hood shape which we've grown to love. This particular truck is the classic Stepside bed with side mounted spare tire.
