Representing the third generation of the beloved muscle car, Chevrolet released the F-Body Camaro in 1982 which featured four-cylinder engine, hatchback bodies and factory fuel injection. In just three short years, Chevy unveiled the IROC-Z named after the International Race of Champions. Customers who opted for this package got a lot of performance upgrades including advanced suspension, Delco-Bilstein valved shocks, special decal package, lower ride heights and larger sway bars. This IROC-Z is a solid example, with the original red paint still going strong & looks good on the sleek body. Powering this classic is the numbers matching 305 CID 5.0 liter Tuned Port Injection V8, derived from the Chevrolet Corvette's 350 TPI V8, with just over 33,000 original miles! It is an all original car so it is an all stock un-modified car. The body is all original, and the interior is very much of the condition you would expect from a low mileage car. The seats, door panels, dash, & carpet are all in excellent condition. This car has 4-wheel disc brakes from the factory so that added safety feature is nice. The owner has recently replaced the fuel pump & the heater core to keep the car running like new. The car sits on its original IROC-Z wheels that are wrapped in BF Goodrich radial tires that have plenty of tread left on them.
