Originally offered in 1961 as a compact car that was intended for use a second car. The first car to offer the Chevy 4 cylinder the car would not really take off until the introduction of the SS package and the multiple v8 Engines available. In 66 and 67 the only years you could get a hardtop were for many people the first true nova. Mimicking a baby Chevelle the public would fall in love with the new design. Originally leaving the factory with a dark green paint and matching interior the decision was made to put a quality red paint job with black racing stripes and the addition of a spoiler which was taken off of a 69 Camaro. The fit was near perfect and looks as though it left the factory with it. The aftermarket 17' wheels are a modern touch and help to show off the disc brakes upfront with the powder coated calipers. Underneath is just as clean as the top with traction bars added for rigidity. Helping with wheel hop and traction. Under the hood that small block has been dressed up with plenty of chrome including the intake, valve covers, and aluminum heads. The front runner system handles all of the accessories with ease. Mated up to a th350 automatic transmission which shifts without any hesitation. The interior has been redone with the green cloth now an ancient memory. The back bench has been recovered with the bowtie logo engraved in them reminding you that this beauty is all Chevy.
