1964 Chevrolet Nova

For sale in our St. Louis showroom is a 1964 Chevrolet Nova SS. This Nova is a very well built street terror. Starting with a true SS with an all steel body with exception to the fiberglass hood, custom painted in a beautiful shade of purple with airbrushed graphics. A stock interior in good condition with aftermarket gauges to keep an eye on all of the important engine vitals. Powering this little Nova is a small block 383 stroker with a Littlefield 6-71 blower. Further details of the engine include: Dart iron heads, roller rockers, an Iski cam, 4340 steel crank to handle all of the power, pistons and rods designed to work with the blower, 9.1:1 compression, MSD ignition and distributor, twin Holley 650 carburetors, super comp coated headers and an aluminum Griffen radiator to keep things cool. The transmission is a Turbo 400 with reverse valve body and a 4,000 B&M stall converter all controlled with a B&M shifter. The rear is a narrowed Ford 9" with 3.73 gears. The rear suspension is a 4-link with adjustable coil overs, wheelie bars and 15x15 aluminum wheels shod with Mickey Thompson tires. The front suspension is built via Heidts front end also with adjustable coil overs and disc brakes. The fuel system is comprised of a stainless fuel cell and a Holley electric fuel pump. Going off of the build details you would imagine this is a race car. It was certainly built with go fast goodies, but was indeed built for the street with a mostly stock interior and a CD player with some nice aftermarket speakers.
