1974 Chevrolet Nova

Gateway Classic Cars is proud to offer one cherry little 1974 Chevrolet Nova. Chevrolet produced the Nova from 1962-1979. The vehicle was always a rather basic compact form of transportation, however later in its run Chevy started loading the car up with power accessories as well as higher horsepower engines. This '74 model features a 350 CID V8 engine which would've been the most powerful available at the time. The V8 is backed by a smooth shifting 3 speed manual transmission which is shifted on the floor. The Nova is finished in a very unique "Bright Green" paint finish which was completed within the last 2 years. The vehicle features SS badging which at the time was little more than an appearance group. The car sits on a new set of rally wheels as well new tires. To match the new exterior finish, the interior has also been completely redone. The interior features black vinyl upholstery which looks great. These cars weren't known for luxury, but you do get Am/Fm radio, seat belts, power steering, and power brakes. Shifting this little car through the gears with a 350 V8 sure is a lot of fun. You can certainly surprise a few people at stop lights by pulling away in a little green Nova. This is the type of car that can really bring back memories of the cars most people actually drove in the 1970s. Everyone wanted a Judge, a Z28, or a Boss Mustang, but most made do getting from A to B in something like a Nova. Because of this fact, these cars have quite a following and really hold pretty good value. You can have just as much fun with a V8 in a Nova as you might in a V8 Camaro or Chevelle.
