This third Generation Chevrolet Camaro were introduced for the 1982 model year and continued through the 1992 model year. The third generation Camaro's continued to us the General Motor's F-Body platform and there were several new options like factory fuel injection, four-speed automatic transmissions, five-speed manual transmissions, four-cylinder engines, 16-inch wheels, and hatchback bodies. This 1989 Chevrolet Camaro Iroc-Z has a beautiful glossy red exterior accented with black racing stripes with a flint grey interior. This is a very desirable color and at first look you can tell that this classic Camaro has been very well maintained and garage kept for the majority of its life. The power plant for this 89 Camaro Iroc-Z is a very well built 383 CID V8 Stroker that is linked to a smooth shifting 6 speed manual transmission both with roughly 5,000 miles since being rebuilt. The engine was rebuilt with aluminum heads and a mini-ram air intake both controlled by an OBD 2 computer. This 1989 Chevrolet Camaro Iroc-Z has a few custom upgrades as it is sporting the dash from a 2002 Camaro and the ground effects and high rise spoiler from a 1992 Camaro Z-28. This Camaro has had a lot of work and quality restoration throughout the car all the way down to new weather seals and has all the paperwork and receipts for all the work and new parts. This classic Camaro also will come an original set of 1992 Camaro rims and tail lights for the buyer that is looking for original parts quality.
