Very desirable body style, this '55 is painted in a nice looking lighter blue metallic with custom pinstriping. 1955 was a huge year for Chevrolet and these trucks sold like hot cakes and are still hard to find in decent shape. This '55 has been tastefully updated with a newer 5.7 liter V8 and linked to a smooth shifting 700R4 Automatic Transmission. It rides great on the custom 6-lug 16" wheels and can easily get great gas mileage on the highway. According to the owner it has all new exhaust, newer headers and Posi-Trac. The interior is in great shape with a newer cloth/vinyl bench and custom cloth headliner. Dash looks good and the gauges work properly. The passenger side wing window does however need to be addressed as it is being held in place with tape at the moment.
