For sale in our Gateway Classic Cars of Chicago Showroom is this great 1966 Ford Thunderbird. This was the last year of the Fourth Generation Thunderbird and surprisingly the last convertible Thunderbird until the early 2000's! The exterior is painted in Silver Mink which matches perfectly to the black Vinyl interior. Pop open the hood and you're greeted to the original and rebuilt 390 CID V8 engine with around 9,000 miles on it since the rebuild. The Transmission is the original C6 three-speed automatic which has also been rebuilt around 9,000 miles ago. Take a seat in the drivers seats turn the swing-away steering wheel towards the center and turn the key to fire this bird up. Stroll down the street as the Thermostat styled Speedometer fills up as you gain speed and get ready for a lot of eyes to be on you!

Options Include; AM Radio, Spare Tire, Hub Caps, Power brakes and steering, Swing-away Steering, and Vinyl Interior.
