She is powered by a documented rebuilt 283 CI V8 mated to a rebuilt Turbo 350 3-speed automatic transmission, completed in 1997 w/ 27,000-miles since re-installed. The engine was rebuilt to stock specs, and the recent addition of a cam, Edelbrock aluminum intake manifold, and 4-BBl carburetor, new power steering box, new master cylinder, along a new dual exhaust system finishes her off. To say it's time to go cruising - no worries - maintenance has been done. The paint had been redone some time ago in a sharp White, that is a good driver quality job - that shows well. She sits right on the set of Corvette Rally wheels she rides on. The engine bay has been detailed, and appears period correct - and clean! The Red cloth/vinyl interior appears to be original, with a color-coordinated bench seat, and looks likes she has been taken care of through the years - and may have had some updates along the way - it shows that nice - and surely looks as if you are back in 1961!
