The BMW M3 is a high-performance version of the BMW 3 Series, developed by BMW's in-house motorsport division, BMW M GmbH. M3 models have been produced for every generation of 3 Series since the E30 M3 was introduced in 1986. Very low mile E46 M3 Convertible 6 speed manual transmission. This vehicle is well maintained (2012: Valve adjustments , drive belts, Power Steering Hose, 2015: Continential Tires, Trailing Arm Bushings, Original wheels were Powder Coated) and been preserved as an excellent example of the first year E46 model by BMW. The car is stock except for the stereo system and the wheels have been restored and powder coated a smoked grey that really sets off the appearance of the M3. There are a few minor imperfections in the paint but overall the Titanium Silver Metallic paint shines beautifully. The 3rd and current owner bought it October 2012 with 36,000 miles. It now has 41,208 miles. The car is started and driven every month and has any needed maintenance completed. After purchasing, the costly Valve Adjustment was completed because the prior owner could not verify that it had been done.
