The Challenger's history is an interesting one as it has leap frogged through history. Debuting in 1970 the Challenger was an instant hit. 1 of the 2 Chrysler E-body cars, the other being the Barracuda. The Challenger was well positioned in the pony and muscle cars was and battled with the Cougar and Firebird. Touted as the most potent pony car ever. Many trim level were available and nearly every engine in the Chrysler line up. The Challenger is in its 3rd generation and still produced today! Here we have a '71 Model, the 2nd year of the 1st generation, and a convertible to boot, pun intended. She is painted in Panther Pink and looks sharp. The black convertible top looks to be in great order and the pink and white interior is also in good shape. The car was repainted just 5 years ago.
