The Viper made its debut in the year 1992 after being revealed as a cutting edge sports car designed in collaboration with Carrol Shelby featuring a heavily favored roadster-like design combined with a massive amount of horsepower considering the size of the car. The first models started life as the RT/10 which features a targa top roadster design which would later be followed up with the hard-top design of the GTS. The GTS was targeted to be a better-balanced version of its counter part of the past more targeted for track performance and enhanced cornering abilities. Under the hood of this Steel Gray beauty is a 8. 0-liter V10 supplying a healthy 450 horsepower breathing out through a pair of center mounted tailpipes instead of the side pipes that the RT/10 of the past came with.
