This 45-year-old classic looks like it has traveled in time. If you turn on the AM/FM 'Retro Sound' radio you might hear Bachman Turner Overdrive singing 'Roll On Down The Highway'. This car is in excellent overall shape. According to the owner, the drivetrain is the car's original L65 350 CID V8, which is backed by the smooth shifting 3-speed automatic transmission. The suspension has been refreshed, with new control arm bushings and new front sway bar bushings and links. The rear axle has been recently serviced with lube, seals, and spring pads, and rear sway bar added. There are new shocks at all four corners, as well as new U-joints and new front wheel bearings and seals. All components of the brake system have been rebuilt, or replaced, (brake hoses, wheel cylinders, calipers, pads, etc. ), including a new master cylinder. The exhaust is a new reproduction 1974 Z/28 dual exhaust system. New BF Goodrich T/A radials are mounted on 'Gymkhana' (Code Z86) five-spoke wheels. It retains the original spare in unused condition.
