In 1967 Chevrolet made a major overhaul to the Corvette brand when they unveiled the all new C3 Corvette for the 1968 model year. The Mako Shark II design for the car was conceived by Larry Shinoda. The C3 Corvette was produced all the way until 1982. For those 14 years Chevrolet would make many changes, many of which were suggestions from their customer base. Here we have a 1980 model, near the end of the 3rd generation. The yellow paint is attractive for its age and believed original and shows off those awesome bold and angular lines. This era has to have the most pizzazz of all the generations. The mirrored black T-Tops look great, breaks up the color tones well, and naturally provides a great balance between a coupe and a convertible. Inside you will find black leather seats while a little worn are in good order considering. Under the hood you will find a 350ci V8 mated to a 3-speed automatic transmission.
