Tri-Five Chevy-s have stood the test of time that all car enthusiasts can appreciate. From movies like American Graffiti to Two Lane Black Top these cars were the scene stealers. This 2 Door Hard top is originally a California car, produced and assembled in Oakland CA, the restoration has been tastefully done and keeps the car period correct. Restored in 2005, with the intent of participating in the -The Great Race-, this Bel Air easily made the trip from Philadelphia PA to San Rafael CA, then back home to Louisville KY. In total, nearly 6000 miles were put on the Bel Air and it performed flawlessly. The rust free body has been repainted to the original two tone Crocus Yellow and Laurel Green combination. New chrome one piece bumpers were also added at this time. A quick look under the car will show a nicely detailed frame, floor pans, brake lines and suspension components that just shows how complete the restoration is. Under the hood is a well dressed 265 CID Power pack V8 engine. A 4 barrel carburetor setup insures plenty of fuel is fed the 265 V8.
