The second-generation Camaro is classic Chevrolet muscle. Built on the long running GM F-body platform, the Camaro was, and still is one of America's most beloved muscle cars. Recently out of its restoration, this car is ready for the road! During the project, the trunk pan, cowl, and floor pans were all replaced. Next up was the undercarriage of the Camaro: before having it powder coated, all the gaskets, bushings, ball joints, and both the inner and outer tie rods were replaced. In addition, the front and rear brakes were completely rebuilt and replaced. Under the hood is the iconic 350 CID V8 which is backed by a GM TH350 3-speed automatic transmission. This Camaro SS has undergone a 2 year frame-off rotisserie restoration and has traveled less than 1,500 miles since its completion. The Sunburst Orange Metallic paint against the painted black stripes on the hood and the recently replaced black vinyl top creates a killer look to this classic muscle car. Options for this 1971 Chevrolet Camaro SS include: Power Brakes, Power Steering, Tilt Wheel, Seat Belts, Vinyl Interior, Raised White Letter Radial tires, and Aluminum/Alloy Wheels. Under the hood of this beast is a 355 CID V8 that has been completely rebuilt with Pro-Comp aluminum heads; cam shaft is 234 and 488. The 355 V8 also features a Scat rotating assembly, 30 over pistons, an Edelbrock Air-Gap manifold, and an Edelbrock 750 Performer carburetor with electric choke. Headers flow from the engine to 3 inch exhaust which sounds amazing. A 700-R4 automatic transmission with a B&M Shifter is responsible for transferring the horsepower to the built 12 Bolt Posi-Trac rear end that features 3:73 gears and heavy axles. This well-equipped Camaro is wrapped in an Emerald Metallic and has a black interior with high back buckets that are plenty comfortable.
