Powering this gorgeous 1969 Corvette is a 300 horsepower 350 cubic inch small block V8 paired with a 4-speed manual transmission. Many people preferred the small block due to less weight over the front end making for better cornering abilities and a cooler running engine that also led to less heat making its way into the passenger compartment. 1969 would be the first year for the 350, steering column ignition switch and 8 inch wide wheels allowing for wider rubber. There are many other changes for 1969 that were considered great improvements when compared to the 1968 model year.
