In 1970 there was a limited run of about 626 drop-top Pace Car edition Cutlass-. Of those, only a limited 358 were not adorned with the 442 package. Driving the rarity further is the fact that this was powered by the 350 CID Rocket V8. It is estimated that only 60 of these were originally built by GM and an unknown number survive today. With this car originally from Tuscon, AZ, the body is very solid and very straight. The car is equipped with a TH-400 automatic transmission to cruise through the gears.

This vehicle has been lovingly restored to be better than new. Originally a Cutlass Supreme with a 350 Oldsmobile engine, this Cutlass has seen quite a few changes. At some point in the vehicles history, the 350 was pulled and a 455 was put in its place. Shortly before getting into the current owners hands, unfortunately, the transmission had failed. It was completely rebuilt to handle the increase in torque thanks to a shift kit and a few other goodies. Shortly after that, disaster struck again and the 455 had a catastrophic failure.
