In 1973, Triumph was making some very high quality sports cars that were well received in the US thanks to the precise handling and fun cornering abilities and the fact that they were attractive didn't hurt. Originally powered by a 2. 5 Liter Inline 6 that was heavy and prone to overheating this red beauty has been upgraded to a 400 Cubic Inch small block with a 5 speed Camaro gearbox and a Corvette rear end.
In keeping with a stock appearance the exterior of the car looks like it did in '73 but under the hood you will see that this little roadster means business and the Triumph TR6. 6 emblems on this side give you a bit of a clue as to what is going on with the performance of this tidy English automobile.
Restoration was completed about 20 years ago including removing the body and coating the frame. Any rusted areas were removed and then replaced with OEM...
